Polished: A smooth glossy surface. The reflectivity of polished crystal brings out the true brilliant colours and grains of natural stone.
Honed: A satin surface with relatively little light reflection
Flamed: This is a process whereby exposing the stone to intense heat; the crystals in the stone exfoliate producing a course non slip surface.
Sand Blasted: Blown sand under pressure on the face of stone to provide a textured matte gloss surface.
Sawn: A process performed by using a circular gang saw or diamond saw.
Bush Hammered: A pounding action that develops a textured surface.
Split Face: An uneven finish achieved by splitting the stone to expose the natural stone texture.
